K-pop boy band INFINITE’s standout member L is set to make a return to the music scene with the release of his first EP, “24/7,” Monday.
LOOKMEDIA Entertainment, L’s agency, announced the release in a statement, highlighting the album’s theme revolving around time.
“The album showcases L’s musical progress and growth while conveying his desire to share every moment with his loved ones,” the agency said, raising expectations.
This solo album comes about three and a half years after the singer’s first single, “Memory,” in 2021, prior to his military enlistment.
The new album’s lead single, “How Can I Not Love You,” is an acoustic pop song that blends harmonica and guitar sounds to capture the excitement of new love, according to the agency.
“24/7” also features six diverse tracks that highlight L’s warm and delicate vocals. Notable songs include the refreshing dance track “Blue Summer,” and “My Universe,” which offers comfort after a tiring day.
Since May, L has been connecting with fans across Asia through his “REBOOT” tour. Following successful performances in Hong Kong, Taipei, Taiwan and Yokohama, Japan, he will continue his tour in Manila on Saturday, Bangkok on Aug. 17 and at Daeyang Hall of Sejong University in Seoul on Aug. 24 and 25.
